Situations Leading to Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Possible reasons for cancellation include:

- IT errors, inaccuracies, or discrepancies in product or pricing details.
- Issues flagged by our credit or fraud prevention department.
- Need for additional verification or information to process the order.
Refund Process for Cancelled Orders
If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 15 days or the next billing cycle (for credit cards).
Orders that are in transit or with the courier cannot be cancelled. However, once the order is returned to our warehouse and passes our quality control checks (minimum 3 working days), a refund will be initiated.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
In rare instances where an order is cancelled due to stock unavailability beyond 30 working days, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method, and you will receive an email notification confirming the refund.
Order Modifications
Orders cannot be modified once they have been placed.
If changes are required, you will need to cancel the existing order (if eligible for cancellation) and place a new order.
Payment Authorization and Refund Policy
At Narico Naturals, we request authorization on your card for the total amount of the order placed. We reserve the right to process a charge on your card for the full or partial authorized amount corresponding to your order.
Please note:
- Refunds will not be issued if the customer cancels or returns an order and the product(s) are found to be damaged while in the customer’s possession.
- Order cancellations must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order, along with valid reasons for the cancellation.

At Narico Naturals, your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund (excluding handling and courier fees) within 3 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds will be processed only if the product is returned with at least 75% of its original volume intact.
- Returns must be based on acceptable reasons such as delivery defects or quality issues.
Wrong Product Ordered:
If the wrong product is ordered by the customer, the return shipping costs (to and from our warehouse) must be borne by the customer.
Non-Acceptable Returns:
Products returned for reasons unrelated to quality, damage, or discrepancies between the invoice and received items will not be accepted.
Unboxing Video Requirement:
An unedited video showcasing all sides of the package, including the unboxing process, must be shared with us via WhatsApp or email for verification purposes.
Final Decision:
Narico Naturals reserves the right to make the final decision in any disputes regarding returns or refunds.
This policy is subject to the jurisdiction of Bhimavaram, and our decision will be considered final.
In case the product is damaged or missing upon delivery, it must be reported within 2 days from the date of delivery. An unedited unboxing video must be provided as proof for damage or missing items.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns for issues related to allergies, skin reactions, fragrance preferences, or color variations. The scent and color of our organic ingredients may vary between batches due to differences in harvest conditions, soil, and the environment.
We strongly advise reviewing the ingredients list carefully if you have known allergies and performing a patch test before use to check for any potential sensitivities.

Original Containers:
All original containers, such as bottles, must be retained and returned to us when requesting a refund. A minimum of 75% of the product volume must be returned.
Packaging and Return Process:
When returning products, please ensure they are returned in their original packaging, with all bottles sealed tightly to prevent leakage.
Quality Check:
Returned products will undergo a quality check to assess any damages or issues. If your return is accepted, a refund will be issued for the original price paid at the time of purchase.
Dispute Resolution:
In case of any disputes, the company’s decision will be final.
Applicability:
