Arbitration will be conducted by a sole Arbitrator appointed by the Chairperson of Narico Naturals, in accordance with applicable Indian laws. The arbitration proceedings will take place in Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh, India, and the Arbitrator’s award shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitration proceedings shall remain individual in nature and cannot be consolidated with claims involving other parties.

Where arbitration is not legally permissible, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts or other judicial bodies located in Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh, India. Narico Naturals reserves the right to seek injunctive relief or any other appropriate remedies in any competent court for the protection of its intellectual property rights or to address any violations or threats thereof.

By using the Narico Naturals website, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh, India, and consent to such dispute resolution processes.
